- Co-organizer and speaker for a professional networking event on aerospace held at 1776 in Washington, DC, on October 16th 2014. The other speakers were Antonino Cucchiara of NASA/GSFC, ESA astronaut Roberto Vittori and a representative of the aerospace company SpaceX.
- Co-organizer and main speaker of the outreach event
“Nottecassiano: viaggio nell’Universo” on Astronomy and
Cosmology for the general public. After the event a telescope was
positioned in the main square of the town for people to directly
observe astronomical objects. The event was held in Montecassiano, Italy, on September 18th 2014.
